A multipurpose machine

The machine offers more than 25 functions on all material types. You just have to change the tools and the parameters to be able to mill, polish drill, profile and saw… moreover, most of the options can be adapted in a second stage on the machine.

The important working capacity combined to a. maxi. vertical stroke of 300 mm permits to process kitchens of high dimensions such as massive pieces for decoration and monuments.

Moreover, the pneumatic pressure ( additionnal stroke 100 mm ) permits to polish surfaces with an unequalled quality.

A handy and ergonomic machine

The BT 40 cone permits to change the tool very easily ( no wrench, no efforts…)

The motorized moving controls are made with help of a joystick placed onto the lever : there are also 4 vertical positions which can be programmed.

The colour touch screen permits to visualize and program very easily the different parameters :the using sequences, the speeds, the tooling types (54 tools) the automatic drilling (4 programs) etc

In series, the automatic vertical oscillation as well as the pneumatic pressure permit to optimise the life of the tools (for the work of edges or for the drainboards)
