Long loop multiwire saw

  • Diamond wire saw able to work with 20 wire all together, with 97 groove, and a gap in between two adjacent groove of 10 mm (gap could be done in inch also).
Down feed of the wire into the granite blocks (class III) 3,5 meter long is equal to 25 cm/hour (10 inch in one hour).
Total production each hour of approx. 16-20 m2/hour.
  • The number of cut each day is on 1,5×3 meter block CLASS III Granite is 3.
  • Number of slabs each day equal to 57-60.
  • Total production each day equal to 250-270 square meter on Class II-III granite using all wires and sawing 4,5 square meter block..

Compact (short loop) multiwire saw

четверг, июня 24, 2010

Those machine for the cut of marble stone and granite slabs are equipped with endless diamond wire 15,08 m long, diameter 7/6 mm; the overall dimension of those machine is drastically low, those machine can be equipped with gantry movement and are capable to cut any thickness.
Examples of the compact multiple wire saw are:

  • 5 wire saw, 355 mm drum
  • 8 wire saw, 355 mm drum
  • 50-72 wire saw, 2000 mm drum

Wire Plant

четверг, июня 24, 2010

The falcon diamond wire plants are a valid alternative to the traditional big disk, mono blade saw and gang saw.
The potential users of the plant are all those who have, or intend in future, to organise medium or large-scale productions for squaring blocks and slab cutting.
The advantages with the Falcon wire saw are:

  • Less power employed per each meter of cut, 30% less that traditional gang saw or big diameter disks.
  • The granite material cut does not require any particular washes (gang saw need it).
  • More even cutting surface, permitting saving of time and money in the slab polishing operations (the maximum tolerance of the final thickness of the slabs is +/- 0,5 mm)
  • High cutting autonomy, sufficient to allow for replacement of the tool after long period of time (gang saw need to replace blades every two cut).
  • Possibility of cutting very small size blocks, headers of highly irregular shape and blocks 2,1 meter tall: not possible on the big disk.
  • Reduced cutting stress, and and greatly reduced labour requirement.
  • Changes of cut thickness require only a few in comparison to the shot saw,
  • Very fast machine installation and very fast training of the people (2 weeks max including installation);
  • Small foundation work 20 to 60 m3 depending on the saw type;
  • Less impact on the environment as wire cutting produces less noise and vibrations.

The sludge produced by machines in cutting granite are free of both lime and iron, meaning that there is less special waste to dispose of.

Multiple Diamond Wire Saw

0025

This stationary Diamond Wire Saw can cut up to 16 slabs of marble or granite at the same time. Multiple wire saw that offers the best results in terms of cutting speed and precision, safe operation and wire life. The compact format of the machine and the reduced need for foundations allow easy installation even where space is limited. Low noise levels and the absence of vibration also permit the machine to be used even near housing areas.

High Perormance Multiple Wire Saw

четверг, июня 17, 2010

This is the modern alternative to the latest shot-saws having 6 m width: the 32-wire saw has double the productivity. You can completely cut a standard block in two passes, and there is the advantage that you cut slabs of different thickness from the same block. Changing the slab thickness from 2 to 3 or 4 cm is very  quick – reducing the number of wires from 32 to 26 or 21 – and you can also cut different thickness during the same pass, for example 2, 3, 4 and 5 cm, still cutting with almost the full number of wires. See pictures (A) and (B) referred to wire guide-wheels.

Thickness range

четверг, июня 17, 2010

Slabs can be cut with the thicknesses shown in the Table. The wire speed is adjustable from 0 to 40 m/s using an Inverter. Plant operation is completely automatic and is controlled by a PC that determines the drop speed, the wire tension, block carriage shift (up to three) at the end of each set of cuts, and stops the machine in the case of a fault.

Command and control panel with PC for cutting parameter settings, automatic tension control for each wire, self diagnostics and fault signals and automatic calculation of cutting areas.

The wire drive and tensionmg units both use sets of independent flywheels diameter 235 cm in composite. This material has both high strength and light weight. In D machine versions, the drive assembly uses a single drum with a number of grooves, again o! diameter 235 cm and in Peraluman.

Multi-Pull

The wire guide wheels or guide arums both have diameter 40 cm and are also in Peraluman, to reduce weight. These guide wheels are dynamically balanced to eliminate wire vibration.

Patented   electro   hydraulic   system   allowing independent tensionlng of each single wire.

Slab separator device

четверг, июня 17, 2010

This device is fitted under the cross beam, and serves to avoid any movement in particular of thin slabs (2 and 3 cm), which could stop the wires from lifting.

The separator device is controlled by the machine operator only during insertion of the blades just after cutting starts: after this, operation is fully automatic during wire lift and block carriage travel,
